Built in 1852 this home had formerly been divided into multiple rental units. This “to the studs” renovation started by returning this 3 Bedroom/3.5 bath home to a single family residence, and  included updating all electrical and plumbing systems, raising ceiling heights to expose rustic beams, refinishing original heart pine floors, and updated kitchen with modern conveniences including gas stove, quartz countertops, and center island, plus the washer/dryer and a nearby powder room.
