What's Next
Getting your project underway
From a sketch on a napkin to a tightly rolled set of plans they’ve dreamed of building for years, we meet our client where they are in the process. Whether they already have an architect of their own, or ask us to introduce them to one of our local architect partners, we can offer guidance along the way.
Once plans are reviewed, submitted for permitting and approved, we are ready to get started.
With an in-house design team, we can help our clients to quickly make their selections early so that the build timeline moves along smoothly and there are no significant delays on selections and finishes.
We Stand Behind our Work
Because our commitment doesn’t stop when the moving truck arrives
From breaking ground to completion, we generally anticipate a build time of 12-14 months. After that, here’s what to expect:
- A “blue tape” walk through before closing
- 6 month follow-up on issues or punch list items that may be discovered after move-in
- 12 month follow-up for final warranty issues
As a firm that is rooted in the area, we look forward to the day that our clients become our friends and neighbors too.
