Full interior renovation of 5,000 sq. ft family home on Johns Island. Working in collaboration with Robin Rogers Interiors custom details include the addition of beamed ceilings and shiplap to the expansive great room. Multi-stage renovation project included installation of custom tongue & groove hardwood parquet floor, lighting plan that included custom sconces, distinctive Ro Sham Beaux chandelier in dining room, renovated primary suite & bath and updated guest suite with ensuite bath that featured a custom, marble-tiled, walk-in shower. Additionally, a pavilion was added to the rear yard overlooking the lake, built with traditional timber-frame construction, a standing seam tin roof and outdoor kitchen.
